Lower Abs Exercise

There are hundreds of different workout plans which can be found online at a small price or even for free, and most of these plans will promise you almost instant results. Their ads claim that you will gain perfectly shaped abs and a flat stomach in matter of days or even literally in a day. Now, even though this does sound great, you are probably old enough to know that most of the things that sound too good to be true actually aren’t true. Due to this, you should always be able to find the best ab workouts by eliminating the ones that are unrealistic.

The first thing that you should understand is that just working the lower abs will not result in losing fat in that area. In order to lose fat in that area, you need to lose fat all over your body. This is how basic fat loss works. If you have a lot of fat to lose, then the best lower ab workout in the world won’t do the trick all by itself. The same goes for someone who just has to lose the last few pounds.

So what are these abs workout routines? Well, honestly, it varies from person to person. The intensity and the style depend on the person who will be doing it. If you are horribly fat, you will need a lot and more intense work out compared to the thinner person. Naturally, men’s exercise routines are more intense than that of women’s. The routine usually includes squats, to train the whole core, crunches, sit ups, leg lifts, v – lifts and many others. You should always bring a mat with you if you are working out because you will be lying down the floor most of the time. A friendly reminder, when doing crunches, does not place your hands on the back of your head. It is not a good practice at all.

The Ab Wheel is an inexpensive piece of equipment that provides a fantastic and effective Abs workout. Although it looks quite easy to use, caution must be exercised at all times when using the wheel as the user can easily fall flat on the floor. While bending, the wheel should be placed just in front of the user’s feet, making sure that the arms and the legs are straight. Slowly and carefully, the wheel must be rolled as far as the user can. Then, without standing up, the body is pulled back up to starting position. Quite challenging but effective once mastered.
